Recipe

It’s a little bit more difficult to follow a recipe than it used to be.

I’m going to view that from the lens that I need more practice. Found a yummy looking Pecan Crusted Chicken recipe on Pinterest because I couldn’t find my other Pecan Crusted Chicken recipe. Totally different but the pics actually looked better than the one I used to make.

I’m back in the recliner, Rusty has taken over. Thankful for his help. And flexibility.

Takeaway from today is greater preparation. I can no longer use the estimated prep time as my actual prep time.

I never could really, it always took a little longer but now I will consider a new recipe an afternoon project. Possibly even do some prep a day ahead.

I also left out several of the spices. I got a little confused and flustered at one point.

Overall disappointed in this attempt but I will try it again!
